Smile … it’s contagious!
The power of a smile is incredible. If you don’t believe me then think about the following:
1. If you consciously force yourself to smile, even if you don’t feel like it then you will find your mood improving.
2. If you smile a lot then people will view you as a positive person.
3. If you smile a lot then your days will seem to go faster.
4. If you smile a lot then you will be more popular.
5. If you smile a lot then generally you will feel more at peace.
You don’t need a reason to smile … just smile and see the effect it can have on your life! This is a new habit, so you really have to work at it for a consistent amount of time in order to form a habit of smiling. Try it, the world will be a better place, for ALL of us!

hey today only i identified something about myself,,,,,, i have this illegal arrangement of tooth and i thought i should not smile,,, like from my childhood this was hogging my improvement and people thought i was moody even though i was free and a humorous person,,,, this night i went to the mirror and smiled at myself,,, and hell ,,,, i identified that i did not allow myself to smile from my childhood ,,, so weird and strange,,,,i tried smiling again and again without any reason,,, and i came online and searched on smiling and got your blog,,,,,, thank u very much ,,,, i ll smile smile and smile from tomorrow and will show people abt my real me,,,,,,

This may sound stupid (which is why I'm doing this anonymously), but if smile as much as you can and hold it for a couple minutes; it tightens up you facial muscles, and you are predisposed to smiling for about a half hour after that.
... but for Pete's sake; try to do it in private! ;-)

I love this ... all except the private part! Smiles are contagious so do them in PUBLIC!!!
